Para hoje temos, figos roxos recheados com queijo de cabra e avelã…
Ingredientes: 4 pessoas
Créme pasteleiro:
Figos – 8 unid
Queijo cabra – 400 gr
Miolo de avelã – 20 gr
Mel – 40 gr
Tomilho-limão – Q.b.
Preparação:
Cortar os figos em quatro no sentido vertical sem que se separem.
Envolver o queijo de cabra com o miolo de avelã picada.
Rechear os figos com o queijo.
Colocar um raminho de tomilho-limão e regar com mel.
Levar os figos ao forno durante 10 min. a 160graus.
